Kimone Bailey joined Harvest in 2023. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Project Manager at American Express specializing in Global Commercial Services and Credit Fraud and Risk. Before joining American Express, Kimone worked in the entertainment industry at MTV/VH1/Paramount Pictures and in the Executive Office of Sean P. Diddy Combs at Combs Enterprises also known as Bad Boy Entertainment Records.

She has a B.S. in Psychology from Mercy College and a minor in Social work and Legal Studies.
