Fallon Raviol is a member of the Private Equity investment team. She joined Harvest in 2022.
Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies where she focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and equity issuances for public and private companies across multiple sectors within the Healthcare group. She has a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Kenyon College.
