Corey Settler joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Staff Accountant at Michael S Settler CPA PC where he focused on individual and business tax preparation. Previously, Corey was an Assurance Associate in Financial Services at RSM US LLP.

Corey has a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University and a M.S. in Accountancy from Hunter College. He is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Martsina joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Manager at HedgeServ where she focused on Investor Services. Prior to that, worked at State Street-IFS in the Investor Services Department.

Martsina has a BBA in Finance from Baruch College.

Rom Lipa joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte in their Investment Management Tax Practice where he focused on providing tax compliance and advisory services for private equity firms.

Rom has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.

Tyler Dineen joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Fortress Investment Group, where he was responsible for fund accounting and reporting for the firm’s Credit business. Tyler started his career at KPMG LLP, where he was a Senior Audit Associate in their Investment Management Group.

He has a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Alex Issler joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Manager at Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions, specializing in fund accounting and reporting for several private equity clients. Previously, Alex was an Assurance Senior in Financial Services at Ernst & Young U.S. LLP.

Alex has a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Siena College and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Paul Petronello joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Assistant Vice President at Antares Capital in their FP&A group where he focused on strategic planning and financial reporting. Previously, Paul was a Senior Analyst at GE Capital’s Sponsor Finance business and a Senior Associate on GE’s Corporate Audit Staff.

He has a B.S. from Babson College with concentrations in Finance and Economics

Carol Mendez joined Harvest in 2019. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Tax Senior Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP in their Investment Management Tax practice, primarily focused on providing tax planning and compliance services for both middle market and large private equity firms.

She has a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Tax degree from Fordham University.

Brian Lang joined Harvest in 2019. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Audit Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Alternative Investments Audit practice, primarily focused on auditing of Financial Statements for both middle market and large private equity firms.

He has a B.B.A in Corporate Finance from Queens College of the City University of New York and a Post-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Post University.

Peter Coussa joined Harvest in 2018. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior Associate at SS&C GlobeOp. At SS&C, he was responsible for the fund accounting and reporting for several private equity clients.

He has a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University.

Rose Ahearn joined Harvest in 2016. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Senior Tax Accountant at Deloitte Tax LLP, primarily in their Private Equity Group.

She has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rider University.

Cem Esendal joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior System Engineer with Tekki Corp., where he consulted with clients in a wide range of industries, including Harvest Partners, for the past 20 years.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with focus on management from CUNY School of Professional Studies.

Cristina joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she spent five years as a Senior Management Company Accountant at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC. Before joining CD&R, she worked in the Family Office at King Street Capital Management and was an Allocation Analyst at Angelo Gordon & Co.

She received a B.S. and a M.S. of Accounting from SUNY-Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of CPA’s.

Shari Cullen joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, she spent 10 years at GTIS Partners, where she was a Senior Director of Corporate Finance, focusing on financial, budgeting and tax reporting for the management and general partner entities, as well as human resources and benefits administration. Previously Shari was an Assistant Controller at Centerbridge Partners. Prior to that she was a Vice President of Finance in the Fund Accounting Group at Ivy Asset Management. Shari began her career in public accounting within the financial services department.

She received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, is a Certified Public Accountant and member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Corina Cetateanu joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she served as a Director in the Private Equity Performance Improvement Group at Alvarez and Marsal in their CFO Services Group. Previously she served as a Senior Manager at RSM US LLP and Manager at KPMG LLP in the audit practice serving private and public companies.

She has a B.S. degree in Accounting from The Peter J. Tobin College of Business from St. John University. She is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Oleg Vodatinsky joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Executive Director at GCM Grosvenor sharing responsibility for the firm’s tax operations. He oversaw tax planning and tax compliance processes. Previously, Oleg was a Tax Manager in the Financial Services division of Ernst & Yong LLP, and he served as an Experienced Senior Tax Accountant in Capital Markets Group at Arthur Anderson LLP. Prior to that, Oleg served as a Senior Tax Staff Accountant in the Financial Services Group at American Express Tax & Business Services.

Oleg received his B.B.A. and his M.S. in Taxation from Bernard M. Baruch College and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Erik Weil joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Director of Finance at Riverstone Holdings, where he was responsible for the firm’s credit platform, Riverstone Credit Partners. Prior to joining Riverstone, he was a Controller at GSO Capital Partners (The Blackstone Group). Prior to that, Erik worked at Ellis Lake Capital, where he was the Controller/Director of Operations. Erik started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Alternative Investment Funds Group.

He has a B.S from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Natalie Pambukian joined Harvest in 2012. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Assistant Controller at RNK Capital LLC. Previously, Natalie was an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP in their Private Equity Group.

She has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York.

Scott joined Harvest in 2022.  Prior to Harvest, Scott spent 15 years at Centerbridge Partners, L.P. most recently as a Director of Operations and PE Portfolio Analytics.  Prior to Centrerbridge, he worked in the Private Funds group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Scott has a B.A. from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Fabia DeCrescenzo joined Harvest in 2004. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Semi-Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP, primarily in their Private Equity Group.

She has a B.S. and Master’s degree in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Lou Sciarretta joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Kline Hill Partners where he was responsible for overseeing firm operations, governance, finance, human capital and budgeting. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer – Alternatives at Aberdeen Standard Investments. Prior to that he spent 20 years at FLAG Capital Management, most recently as Partner and Chief Operating Officer. He began his career with Ernst & Young.

He holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.

Sanya Pesic joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she worked at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) providing HR support and services for the workforces across two hospital sites. Before joining PAGNY, she was the Human Resources Manager at RobinsPsych, a mental healthcare practice with multiple offices throughout New York state.

Sanya has a B.A. in Psychology and Chinese Language from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College.

She holds SHRM-CP professional certification in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Julie joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she was the founder of a successful human capital consulting firm and a Strategic Executive Compensation Consultant to WealthPoint, LLC. Previously, she was the Human Capital Operating Partner & Chief Human Resources Officer for CCMP Capital Advisors, LP, the Chief Human Resources Officer & Partner at JPMorgan Partners, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Chase Capital Partners.

Julie holds a BA in Psychology from Pace University, and a MA with Honors from The New School with Post Masters concentrations in Labor Relations, Compensation and Organizational Development.

She also holds a PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, a SHRM-SCP certification, and a compensation committee certification. Julie serves on numerous advisory boards.

Robb Webster joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Legal Assistant at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. where he provided support to the Legal team. Previously, he was an Executive Assistant at The CIM Group.

He has a B.A. in English from The Ohio State University.

Andrey Semenov joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Compliance Associate at Nomura Asset Management U.S.A. Inc. where he was responsible for various aspects of compliance program implementation. Previously, he worked at AllianceBernstein, LP.

He has a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. cum laude in Spanish from the University of Connecticut, and a M.A. in European and Russian Studies from Yale University.

Nina Assouline joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, she worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, first as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and then as a Strategic Advisor to the firm’s Private Equity Group.

She has an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Jamie Toothman joined Harvest in 2020. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Previously, Jamie worked in the corporate department of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

She has a B.A. degree with honors from the University of Michigan and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
