Corey Settler

Corey Settler joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Staff Accountant at Michael S Settler CPA PC where he focused on individual and business tax preparation. Previously, Corey was an Assurance Associate in Financial Services at RSM US LLP.

Corey has a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University and a M.S. in Accountancy from Hunter College. He is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin Yang

Kevin Yang joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Spectrum Equity, where he focused on enterprise software investments. Previously, Kevin was an Analyst in the investment banking division at Evercore, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions for public and private companies across multiple sectors within the Technology Group.

He has a B.B.A in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Margy Taylor

Margy Taylor joined Harvest in 2021 and is a member of the Investor Relations team. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Senior Associate in the Alternative Investments Division at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she focused on financial statement audits of multi-strategy funds.

She has a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and has a M.S in Accountancy from NYU Stern School of Business. She is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Jeremy Sternbach

Jeremy Sternbach joined Harvest in 2022 as an Associate of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Tailwind Capital, where he focused on healthcare, business services, and technology private equity investments. Previously, Jeremy was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Guggenheim Securities.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.

Martsina Pilchuk

Martsina joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Manager at HedgeServ where she focused on Investor Services. Prior to that, worked at State Street-IFS in the Investor Services Department.

Martsina has a BBA in Finance from Baruch College.

Rom Lipa

Rom Lipa joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte in their Investment Management Tax Practice where he focused on providing tax compliance and advisory services for private equity firms.

Rom has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.

Tyler Dineen

Tyler Dineen joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Fortress Investment Group, where he was responsible for fund accounting and reporting for the firm’s Credit business. Tyler started his career at KPMG LLP, where he was a Senior Audit Associate in their Investment Management Group.

He has a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Alex Issler

Alex Issler joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Manager at Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Solutions, specializing in fund accounting and reporting for several private equity clients. Previously, Alex was an Assurance Senior in Financial Services at Ernst & Young U.S. LLP.

Alex has a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Siena College and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Paul Petronello

Paul Petronello joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Assistant Vice President at Antares Capital in their FP&A group where he focused on strategic planning and financial reporting. Previously, Paul was a Senior Analyst at GE Capital’s Sponsor Finance business and a Senior Associate on GE’s Corporate Audit Staff.

He has a B.S. from Babson College with concentrations in Finance and Economics

Carol Mendez

Carol Mendez joined Harvest in 2019. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Tax Senior Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP in their Investment Management Tax practice, primarily focused on providing tax planning and compliance services for both middle market and large private equity firms.

She has a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Tax degree from Fordham University.

Brian Lang

Brian Lang joined Harvest in 2019. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Audit Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Alternative Investments Audit practice, primarily focused on auditing of Financial Statements for both middle market and large private equity firms.

He has a B.B.A in Corporate Finance from Queens College of the City University of New York and a Post-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Post University.

Peter Coussa

Peter Coussa joined Harvest in 2018. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior Associate at SS&C GlobeOp. At SS&C, he was responsible for the fund accounting and reporting for several private equity clients.

He has a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University.

Pratima Surujpaul

Pratima Surujpaul joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Pershing Square Capital Management and The Carlyle Group.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from St. John’s University.

Anthony Host

Anthony Host joined Harvest in 2019. Prior to joining Harvest, he attended Fairmont State University where he majored in Theatre, with a primary focus on Acting and Playwriting.

He has a B.A. in Theatre Arts.

Roxanne Salim

Roxanne Salim joined Harvest in 2006. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Office Manager, Translator and Interpreter for Foreign Embassies & Diplomatic Missions in the Middle East & Europe. In addition to English, Roxanne is fluent in four other languages, French, Japanese, Farsi, and Italian.

She has a Masters in French Literature & Philosophy from California State University Fullerton.

Rose Ahearn

Rose Ahearn joined Harvest in 2016. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Senior Tax Accountant at Deloitte Tax LLP, primarily in their Private Equity Group.

She has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Rider University.

Spencer Steinberg

He has a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from the Dyson School at Cornell University.

David Rubenstein

David Rubenstein joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Perella Weinberg Partners. While at Perella Weinberg Partners, he focused on mergers & acquisitions for public and private companies across the consumer & retail and technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

He has a B.A. in Finance from the University of Kentucky and is a CFA Charterholder.

Kyle Rosen

Kyle Rosen joined Harvest in 2020. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division at Lazard. While at Lazard, he focused on mergers & acquisitions and restructurings for public and private companies spanning the technology, media and telecommunications spaces.

Sam Ludin

Sam Ludin joined Harvest in 2020. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in both the New York and London offices. While at Goldman Sachs, he focused on debt transactions supporting leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate refinancing across multiple sectors within the Leveraged Finance Group.

He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Kim

Michael joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Assistant Vice President at Antares Capital overseeing the underwriting, documentation, and portfolio management of private equity backed transactions across all sectors.

He has a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston College.

Jacqueline Honet

Jacqueline Honet joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Bank of America. While at Bank of America, she focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and equity issuances for public and private companies across multiple sectors in the Industrials Group.

She has a B.A. in Art History from Yale University.

Isabel Grabel

Isabel Grabel joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Analyst in the investment banking division at Jefferies. While at Jefferies, she focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt finances and equity issuances for public and private companies across multiple sectors within the technology group.

She has a B.B.A from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Jack Callahan

Jack Callahan joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, he focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and equity issuances for public and private companies in the Financial Institutions Group.

He has a B.S.B.A from The Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University.

Matt Bernstein

Matt Bernstein joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division at Guggenheim Partners. While at Guggenheim Partners, he focused on mergers & acquisitions for public and private companies across multiple sectors within the Industrials Group.

He has a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Claire D’Arcangelo

Claire D’Arcangelo joined Harvest in 2021 and is a member of the Investor Relations team. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Associate in the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division where she focused on capital raising and client strategy for alternative investments. Previously, Claire was an Associate in the Firmwide Strategy Group and an Analyst in the Global Investment Research Group at Goldman Sachs.

Claire has a B.B.A in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Villanova School of Business.

Cem Esendal

Cem Esendal joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior System Engineer with Tekki Corp., where he consulted with clients in a wide range of industries, including Harvest Partners, for the past 20 years.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with focus on management from CUNY School of Professional Studies.

Cristina Hartoularos

Cristina joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she spent five years as a Senior Management Company Accountant at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC. Before joining CD&R, she worked in the Family Office at King Street Capital Management and was an Allocation Analyst at Angelo Gordon & Co.

She received a B.S. and a M.S. of Accounting from SUNY-Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of CPA’s.

Shari Cullen

Shari Cullen joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, she spent 10 years at GTIS Partners, where she was a Senior Director of Corporate Finance, focusing on financial, budgeting and tax reporting for the management and general partner entities, as well as human resources and benefits administration. Previously Shari was an Assistant Controller at Centerbridge Partners. Prior to that she was a Vice President of Finance in the Fund Accounting Group at Ivy Asset Management. Shari began her career in public accounting within the financial services department.

She received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, is a Certified Public Accountant and member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Corina Cetateanu

Corina Cetateanu joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she served as a Director in the Private Equity Performance Improvement Group at Alvarez and Marsal in their CFO Services Group. Previously she served as a Senior Manager at RSM US LLP and Manager at KPMG LLP in the audit practice serving private and public companies.

She has a B.S. degree in Accounting from The Peter J. Tobin College of Business from St. John University. She is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Oleg Vodatinsky

Oleg Vodatinsky joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Executive Director at GCM Grosvenor sharing responsibility for the firm’s tax operations. He oversaw tax planning and tax compliance processes. Previously, Oleg was a Tax Manager in the Financial Services division of Ernst & Yong LLP, and he served as an Experienced Senior Tax Accountant in Capital Markets Group at Arthur Anderson LLP. Prior to that, Oleg served as a Senior Tax Staff Accountant in the Financial Services Group at American Express Tax & Business Services.

Oleg received his B.B.A. and his M.S. in Taxation from Bernard M. Baruch College and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Erik Weil

Erik Weil joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Director of Finance at Riverstone Holdings, where he was responsible for the firm’s credit platform, Riverstone Credit Partners. Prior to joining Riverstone, he was a Controller at GSO Capital Partners (The Blackstone Group). Prior to that, Erik worked at Ellis Lake Capital, where he was the Controller/Director of Operations. Erik started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Alternative Investment Funds Group.

He has a B.S from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Natalie Pambukian

Natalie Pambukian joined Harvest in 2012. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Assistant Controller at RNK Capital LLC. Previously, Natalie was an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP in their Private Equity Group.

She has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York.

Scott Hopson

Scott joined Harvest in 2022.  Prior to Harvest, Scott spent 15 years at Centerbridge Partners, L.P. most recently as a Director of Operations and PE Portfolio Analytics.  Prior to Centrerbridge, he worked in the Private Funds group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Scott has a B.A. from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Fabia DeCrescenzo

Fabia DeCrescenzo joined Harvest in 2004. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Semi-Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP, primarily in their Private Equity Group.

She has a B.S. and Master’s degree in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Lou Sciarretta

Lou Sciarretta joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Kline Hill Partners where he was responsible for overseeing firm operations, governance, finance, human capital and budgeting. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer – Alternatives at Aberdeen Standard Investments. Prior to that he spent 20 years at FLAG Capital Management, most recently as Partner and Chief Operating Officer. He began his career with Ernst & Young.

He holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Fairfield University. He is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.

Sanya Pesic

Sanya Pesic joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she worked at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) providing HR support and services for the workforces across two hospital sites. Before joining PAGNY, she was the Human Resources Manager at RobinsPsych, a mental healthcare practice with multiple offices throughout New York state.

Sanya has a B.A. in Psychology and Chinese Language from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College.

She holds SHRM-CP professional certification in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Julie Casella

Julie joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, she was the founder of a successful human capital consulting firm and a Strategic Executive Compensation Consultant to WealthPoint, LLC. Previously, she was the Human Capital Operating Partner & Chief Human Resources Officer for CCMP Capital Advisors, LP, the Chief Human Resources Officer & Partner at JPMorgan Partners, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Chase Capital Partners.

Julie holds a BA in Psychology from Pace University, and a MA with Honors from The New School with Post Masters concentrations in Labor Relations, Compensation and Organizational Development.

She also holds a PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, a SHRM-SCP certification, and a compensation committee certification. Julie serves on numerous advisory boards.

Robb Webster

Robb Webster joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Legal Assistant at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. where he provided support to the Legal team. Previously, he was an Executive Assistant at The CIM Group.

He has a B.A. in English from The Ohio State University.

Andrey Semenov

Andrey Semenov joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Compliance Associate at Nomura Asset Management U.S.A. Inc. where he was responsible for various aspects of compliance program implementation. Previously, he worked at AllianceBernstein, LP.

He has a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. cum laude in Spanish from the University of Connecticut, and a M.A. in European and Russian Studies from Yale University.

Nina Assouline

Nina Assouline joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, she worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, first as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and then as a Strategic Advisor to the firm’s Private Equity Group.

She has an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Jamie Toothman

Jamie Toothman joined Harvest in 2020. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Previously, Jamie worked in the corporate department of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.

She has a B.A. degree with honors from the University of Michigan and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.

Andrew Weisman

Andrew Weisman joined Harvest in 2022 as a Vice President of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Vice President at CIP Capital, where he completed a number of private equity transactions in the technology-enabled services sectors. Before CIP Capital, he was an Associate at Northlane Capital Partners and American Capital where he focused on middle market private equity in the healthcare services and business services sectors. Andrew started his career at Wells Fargo in investment banking.

He has a B.S. in Commerce with Concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.

Ethan Soodak

Ethan Soodak joined Harvest in 2020. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Assistant Vice President at BBH Capital Partners, where he partnered with portfolio company management teams to identify and implement value creation initiatives. Previously, Ethan was a Senior Associate in the private equity and corporate strategy practices at the Parthenon Group.

He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Shane McHugh

Shane McHugh joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Vice President at CCMP Capital, where he focused on healthcare and consumer private equity investments. Previously, Shane was an analyst in the healthcare investment banking group at Jefferies & Co.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Brown University.

Chris Larsen

Chris Larsen joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company, where he primarily focused on operational transformations, helping companies diagnose, structure, and implement strategic initiatives. Previously, Chris was a project coordinator focusing on pipeline and facilities construction and management for Chesapeake Energy. Chris began his career as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer.

He has a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the U.S. Military Academy and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

John Josif

John Josif joined Harvest in 2022 as a Vice President of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Vice President at CIP Capital, where he completed a number of private equity transactions in the technology-enabled services sectors. Before CIP Capital, he was an Associate at HIG Capital where he focused on the Technology, Business Services, and Consumer sectors. John started his career at Jefferies in Technology Investment Banking.

He has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Devin Graber

Devin Graber joined Harvest in 2016. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Citigroup. While at Citigroup, he focused on mergers & acquisitions across multiple sectors within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Elizabeth Coughlin joined Harvest in 2020 and is a member of the Investor Relations team. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Associate in the Limited Partners Services Group at Advent International where she focused on fundraising and investor relations activities. Previously, Elizabeth was an Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets Group at UBS Investment Bank.

Elizabeth has a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Williams College.

Matthew Bruckmann joined Harvest in 2018. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank. While at Deutsche Bank, he focused on debt transactions supporting leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate refinancings across multiple sectors within the Leveraged Finance Group.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Harvard College.

Maury Bardovi

Maury Bardovi joined Harvest in 2017. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division at Moelis & Company. While at Moelis & Company, he focused on mergers & acquisitions for public and private companies across multiple sectors.

He has a B.S. in Finance from the Lundquist College of Business Honors Program at The University of Oregon.

Melekot Abate

Melekot Abate joined Harvest in 2022. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity group of the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division, where he focused on Healthcare investments. Previously, he was an Associate Principal at CrossBoundary, an Associate at Google, and a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

He has a B.A. in Politics from Princeton and an MBA from the Harvard Business School

David Swanson

Dave Swanson joined Harvest in 2018. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Vice President at Odyssey Investment Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. Previously, Dave was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley where he focused on M&A transactions.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.

Lucas Rogers

Lucas Rogers joined Harvest in 2018. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Oak Hill Advisors, where he focused on distressed debt and special situations investments. Previously, Lucas was an Associate at H.I.G. Capital and an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

He has a B.S. in Economics from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, an M.S. from George Washington University, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sean Kapur

Sean Kapur joined Harvest in 2019. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Vice President at PennantPark Investment Advisers, where he focused on middle-market direct lending and credit opportunities. Previously, Sean was an Associate at Centre Lane Partners and an Analyst at Citi.

Andrew Hudelson joined Harvest in 2018. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Senior Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners, where he completed private equity transactions in the specialty industrials sector. Previously, Andrew was an Associate at TPG Growth and an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Kevin Formica

Kevin Formica joined Harvest in 2022 as a Principal of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Principal of CIP Capital, where he completed a number of private equity transactions in the technology-enabled services sectors. Before CIP Capital, he was an associate at Protostar Partners, a middle market private equity fund, and started his career at TM Capital in investment banking.

He has a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.

Kevin currently serves on the Boards* of Adstra and Affinitiv and previously served on the Boards* of eDriving.

Kenneth Chen

Ken Chen joined Harvest in 2021. Prior to joining Harvest, Ken was a Managing Director in originations at Antares Capital. Prior to joining Antares, Ken worked in the Sponsor Finance group at GE Capital. Ken has 14 years of private equity leveraged lending experience managing all aspects of the deal process, including sourcing, underwriting due diligence, structuring, documentation, and portfolio management.

He has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Joshua Carter

Joshua Carter joined Harvest in 2015. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Apax Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions in the retail and business services sectors. Previously, Joshua was an Analyst in the Consumer and Retail investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

He has a B.S.B.A. in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jay Wilkins

Jay Wilkins joined Harvest in 2010. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Principal at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and North Castle Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. Previously, Jay was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he executed transactions for the firm’s private equity clients.

He has a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.

Andrew Schoenthal

Andy Schoenthal joined Harvest in 2005. Prior to joining Harvest, he worked as a Vice President at Charlesbank Capital Partners and as a Senior Associate at J.H. Whitney & Co. Andrew also worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. as an Associate in the Global High Yield Group.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Nicholas Romano

Nick Romano joined Harvest in 2015. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Principal at Audax Private Equity, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. Previously, Nick was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Practice at The Parthenon Group.

He has an A.B. from Duke University.

James Mitchel

Jim Mitchel joined Harvest in 2009. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst at Moelis & Company. While at Moelis & Company, he worked on a variety of M&A and restructuring assignments across numerous industries. Prior to Moelis & Company, Jim was an Analyst at Jefferies & Company.

He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Campbell MacColl

Campbell MacColl joined Harvest in 2017. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Managing Director in the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse where he focused capital raising for private equity and other alternative assets. Previously, Campbell was a Vice President in the Institutional Equities Division at Cowen & Company. He began his career in Equity Capital Markets at SG Cowen.

He has an A.B. from Princeton University.

Justin Lipton

Justin Lipton joined Harvest in 2022 and is a Partner & Co-Head of Harvest Partners Ascend. Harvest Partners Ascend is a middle market platform focused on the Business and Technology Services sectors. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of CIP Capital, where he completed a number of private equity transactions in the technology-enabled services sectors. Before CIP Capital, he held several positions at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, where he focused on middle market private equity, and started his career at Credit Suisse in investment banking.

He has a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Ira Kleinman

Ira Kleinman, joined Harvest in 1984. Prior to joining Harvest, almost 30 years ago, he was Regional Controller of the Far East Division, AIG’s largest division. Previously he was a Financial Analyst with The Bank of New York and National Benefit Life Insurance Co.

He has a B.S. degree in Accounting from State University of New York, Binghamton and an MBA from St. John’s University.

Dan Glickman

Dan Glickman joined Harvest in 2019. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Founding Partner and Senior Managing Director at Antares Capital where he served in various management and leadership roles across the organization including originations, investment screening, portfolio management and asset management. Earlier in his career, he worked in the leveraged lending group at Heller Financial and held accounting, audit and advisory roles with Peat Marwick.

He has a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University and is a registered CPA.

Stephen Fessler

Stephen Fessler joined Harvest in 2013. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at CVCI, where he completed private equity transactions in the business services sector. Previously, Steve was an analyst in the investment banking division of Jefferies & Co. where he executed mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and restructuring transactions for public and private companies across multiple sectors.

He has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Stephen Eisenstein

Steve Eisenstein joined Harvest in 1999. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a founding partner at Paribas Principal Partners. Prior to founding Paribas Principal Partners, Steve was a Managing Director at Paribas, specializing in financing and investing in leveraged buyouts. Before joining Paribas, he worked in corporate finance at Chase Manhattan Bank and in equity research at Paine Webber Inc.

He has a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He previously served on the Boards of CSC, Encanto Restaurants, Green Bancorp, Neighborly and Packers Holdings.

Mike DeFlorio joined Harvest in 2003. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner at J. H. Doug Campbell

Doug Campbell joined Harvest in 2018. Before joining Harvest, he was a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group at Oaktree Capital, where he worked with management teams to accelerate value creation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Doug served in various operating roles, including as a CEO and COO, and was a Principal with the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on business turnaround and transformation. Doug began his career as a U.S. Marine Officer.

He has a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas Arenz

Tom Arenz joined Harvest in 1996. Prior to joining Harvest, he was President of the North American subsidiary of Preussag AG. Previously, Tom was a Principal with Joseph Littlejohn & Levy, a private equity investment firm, and in the corporate finance departments of Kidder Peabody and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

He has a B.S. with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tom previously served on the Boards of Associated Materials, Coveright, Cycle Gear, Evenflo and TruckPro.
